That’s why we created a unique satisfaction guarantee, designed to give you true freedom to try our products without stress.
💫 The ARTIST Satisfaction Guarantee
We know there’s nothing worse than hesitating to try a product because you’re afraid you won’t like it. So at ARTIST, you’re allowed to change your mind… twice a year! ✨
For each one-year period, you may return up to two opened products, even after trying them. Yes — you read that right! We want you to discover, test, and fall in love with our products with complete confidence 💋
Here’s how it works:
- You may return up to 2 opened products per 12 months period, no questions asked.
- Beyond this limit, only unopened and unused products can be returned.
- Products must be in good condition and include their original packaging.
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility (unless the product is defective or the order contains an error).
- The same product can only be refunded once in your customer history (unless defective or sent in error).
- Specific situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our caring team 💌

🚫 Non-Eligible Products
The ARTIST Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to return up to 2 opened products per 12 months period, with no conditions. Outside of this guarantee, some items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened makeup or skincare products beyond your 2 allowed yearly returns.
- Personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Products discounted by more than 25%, unless defective or sent in error.
🔧 Defective Products or Order Errors
If a product is defective or if an error occurred in your order, we will take care of it quickly and at no cost to you. Write to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a free replacement, including return shipping if necessary.
📨 How to Submit a Request
Two simple options:
- Use the ARTIST Return Portal to submit your request online (the fastest method 💨).
- Or, if you prefer, email us at info@artistparmarilyn.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the product
- A brief description of the issue or reason for the return
Our team will reply within 24 to 48 business hours with the next steps.
⏱ Processing Times
- Refunds: processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the return is approved.
- Exchanges: shipped within 2 to 5 business days after we receive the product.
- Gift cards (if applicable): emailed within 24 to 48 hours.
