Shipping Policy — ARTIST by Marilyn

1. Where is your order shipped from?

Depending on your delivery country and product availability, your order may be shipped from:

  • Our Canadian warehouse: for Canada and most international destinations.
  • Our French warehouse: for orders delivered in France and Belgium.

The warehouse used for shipment is determined automatically at checkout. Once an order is confirmed, it generally cannot be transferred to another warehouse.


2. Shipping within Canada (shipped from Canada)

2.1 Carriers used

Orders shipped from our Canadian warehouse are delivered via:

  • Canada Post
  • Purolator
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • Other carriers when required (via E-Shipper)
2.2 Processing times

Our standard order preparation time is 5 to 15 business days.

Important: During busy periods (major promotions, holidays, product launches), processing times may be longer even though our team works actively to ship orders as quickly as possible.

2.3 Estimated delivery times
  • Quebec / Ontario: 2 to 7 business days
  • Other Canadian provinces: 4 to 10 business days
  • Remote regions and Northern Canada: 7 to 20 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, network volume, or your location.

2.4 Shipping fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address, parcel weight, and selected carrier.

Free shipping (Canada): available on orders over $99 (amount calculated after discounts, promo codes, or store credits are applied).

2.5 Order tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

2.6 Incorrect address or returned parcels

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete:

  • The parcel may be reshipped at additional shipping cost.
  • If a refund is issued, it will cover the products only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
2.7 Split shipments

An order may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on product availability. If this occurs, multiple tracking emails will be sent.


3. Shipping to France and Belgium (shipped from France)

3.1 Carrier used

Orders delivered to France and Belgium are shipped from our warehouse in France, mainly via:

  • Colissimo
  • Other equivalent carriers when necessary
3.2 Processing times

Orders are generally prepared within 2 to 7 business days.

During busy periods (major promotions, holidays, product launches), processing times may be longer.

3.3 Estimated delivery times
  • France: 2 to 5 business days
  • Belgium: 3 to 7 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and logistical conditions.

Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, delivery will occur within a maximum of 30 days.

3.4 Shipping fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address and parcel weight.

3.5 Taxes and customs

Orders shipped from our warehouse in France to France and Belgium are generally not subject to customs duties.

3.6 Order tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.


4. International shipping (shipped from Canada)

4.1 Countries served

For countries other than France and Belgium, international orders are shipped from our Canadian warehouse, including:

  • United States
  • Europe (excluding France and Belgium)
  • United Kingdom
  • Oceania
  • Other regions depending on carrier availability

Certain products or regions may be excluded due to logistical or regulatory reasons.

4.2 International carriers

International shipments are handled by:

  • Canada Post (international service)
  • Asendia
  • FedEx International
  • DHL Express
  • Other carriers selected via E-Shipper
4.3 Processing times

International orders are prepared within 5 to 15 business days, depending on order volume and promotional periods.

4.4 Estimated delivery times
  • United States: 5 to 12 business days
  • Europe (excluding France and Belgium): 7 to 20 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7 to 20 business days
  • Oceania: 10 to 30 business days
  • Remote regions: 15 to 45 business days

These timelines may vary depending on customs procedures, international logistics conditions, or seasonal periods.

4.5 Customs duties and import taxes

Orders shipped from Canada internationally may be subject to:

  • customs duties
  • import taxes
  • carrier processing fees

When applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be required before delivery. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

4.6 Order tracking

An international tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

4.7 Incorrect address, refused or unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is refused, import fees are not paid, the address is incorrect, or the parcel is unclaimed:

  • the parcel may be returned to the sender;
  • a handling fee of 5% (minimum $5) may apply;
  • shipping costs are never refundable.

5. Lost, stolen, delayed or damaged parcels

5.1 Tracking and responsibility

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, it follows the carrier’s delivery process.

5.2 ARTIST Package Protection (optional)

ARTIST Package Protection is an optional service (when available at checkout) that allows you to shop with peace of mind. It offers priority support in case of delivery issues such as:

  • Package marked “delivered” but missing
  • Package lost within the carrier network
  • Package damaged during transport

Without this protection, a claim generally needs to be filed with the carrier, which may involve additional steps and delays.

With ARTIST Package Protection:

  • We handle the situation directly, without requiring you to contact the carrier.
  • Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement or a store credit.
  • You receive a faster resolution without additional procedures.

How it works:

  • The cost varies depending on the total value of your order.
  • Collected fees help cover the cost of replacing parcels in eligible situations.
  • This is an in-house protection offered by ARTIST, not an insurance product in the legal sense.

What the protection does not cover:

  • incorrect address provided by the customer;
  • packages delivered to a secure mailbox or collected by an authorized third party;
  • fraud or abuse of the service;
  • products opened or used but not damaged;
  • refusal to pay applicable customs or import fees.
5.3 How to request assistance

To receive assistance, you must contact our customer service team (info@artistparmarilyn.com) within a maximum of 14 days after receiving your tracking number.
