This mascara primer also acts as a lengthening and volumizing lash treatment. Its conditioning formula strengthens and hydrates lashes, providing complete care. Versatile, it can be used under mascara for a more defined and voluminous look or alone as an overnight treatment to revitalize lashes and brows.

Presented in an elegant little black tube with a minimalist design, this foundation comes with a soft synthetic bristle brush for easy and even application.

Using this ARTIST base under mascara improves its hold while providing additional hydration and a volumizing effect to the lashes.

*The base is white when applied, but becomes translucent when dry.

SHELF LIFE: 10 months after opening

    Apply a first coat and let it dry for 30 seconds. Repeat with a second coat, then wait another 30 seconds before applying mascara.

    This product can be used under mascara or alone as an overnight conditioning treatment for eyelashes and eyebrows.

    C'est vraiment une bonne base, aide à conserver la courbe des cils. Cependant, il faut appliquer le mascara avant que la base soit sèche. J'utilise le mascara à deux embouts.
